Behind the hatch, a well-rehearsed team runs a thoughtfully designed station: short routes, quick service, beautiful drink presentation. FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions
What’s included in the all-in package?
Cocktail truck (Citroën HY), bar equipment, glasses/cups, experienced staff, setup & teardown, cleaning, and insurance. Drinks/spirits as desired—booked as a package or billed by consumption (consignment).
How do your prices & packages work?
Day rental (1 day) €2,000, weekend package (3 days) €5,500, business week (5 days) €8,800, festival week (7 days) €12,000. Plus beverages (by consumption), driver fee if applicable (€150–€300), and a €2,000 deposit. Multi-day discounts: −5% (2nd day), −15% (3rd day), −20% (from 4th day).
How is delivery charged?
€1.45 per kilometer (round trip) from our base near Hamburg. We calculate transparently in advance.
What exactly does “consumption-based” mean?
You choose varieties and quantities; we bring the stock. You’re billed only for what’s opened or consumed. Unopened items are returned.
What’s the booking process?
Inquiry with date, location, guest count → availability check & quote → fine-tuning drinks/staff → confirmation & deposit → delivery, service, teardown.
How much space and power are required?
Recommended: level surface (approx. 6 × 3 m) with safe access. 230 V/16 A is helpful for cooling/lighting; alternatives can be discussed.
Is the truck suitable for indoors or bad weather?
Yes—indoors if access/clearance allows. Outdoors we can provide weather protection options (e.g., tent/cover) by arrangement.
Can drinks & branding be customized?
Absolutely. Signature cocktails, alcohol-free options, custom names/branding (e.g., magnetic panels, menu boards)—we implement your CI on site.
How do you scale for larger guest numbers?
We adjust team size, service stations, and mise en place to keep wait times short—from intimate events to festival throughput.
What are your cancellation and rescheduling terms?
Fair and transparent per our T&Cs. Tell us your scenario (date change, weather, venue switch)—we’ll find a suitable solution.
